Items are usually shipped once a week, after payment packaged in bubble lined mailing envelopes.

The packaging is ecofriendly, made with recycled plastic with bubbles and reclycled italian paper-day.

While I cannot claim responsibility over the actions of the postal services once your order is in their hands, I do strive to "right" the "wrongs" that may occur during shipping....

The norm to most countries is 1 to 2 weeks. delayes past that date do occur though.
